Refund Policy

At Safe Medics Surgicals, we take pride in providing high-quality medical and surgical products. Every item is carefully checked and securely packaged before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please refer to the refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only if:

• The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described.
• The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
• The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, with a valid proof of purchase.

Once your returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Non-Refundable Products

• Opened, used, or installed medical equipment.
• Custom-built or special-order products.
• Products damaged due to mishandling, electrical fault, or improper storage.
• Items sold under clearance or promotional offers.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@safemedics.in with your order details, invoice, and photographs of the product issue. Our support team will review and guide you through the process.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, Safe Medics Surgicals will arrange pickup or reimburse the return shipping cost.
If returned for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

5. Refund Timelines

After receiving and inspecting the product, approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
