At Safe Medics Surgicals, we understand that order changes may be needed. To ensure a smooth process, please review our cancellation terms below.

1. Customer Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
• Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

To cancel an order, email us at sales@safemedics.in with your order ID and reason for cancellation.

2. Cancellation by Safe Medics Surgicals

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following situations:

• Product unavailable or discontinued.
• Payment not completed or verified.
• Incorrect pricing or technical error on the website.
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.

3. Refunds on Canceled Orders

If your order qualifies for cancellation, the refund will be processed automatically once the cancellation is confirmed.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase.

4. Changes to Orders

If you wish to modify an existing order (e.g., change product or delivery details), contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, no changes can be made.
